Refund Policy:  All refunds are subject to a 20% handling charge.  No refunds after March 4th, 2009

General Release and acceptance of Rules - I have read and agree to abide by the show rules and regulations. Any failure by the exhibitor to adhere to these rules shall be grounds for expulsion from the show and forfeiture of all booth fees. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Whitehouse Fire Co. and all members involved in conjunction with any claim or action arising from exhibitors taking space in the shows. I assume sole responsibility for collection and payment of sales tax. I agree that photographs of my work may be used for promotional purposes.
