Following is important information pertaining to our Exhibits.
So that we can provide our show growth and assure maximum attendance, please
read all information carefully so that misunderstandings will be kept to a
minimum. You must be aware and agree to all of the following rules
governing our Craft Shows to be eligible to attend. Thank you for your
understanding and cooperation.
Key Points
More Information
- This is a Juried Exhibition
Artist's creations are juried for the work submitted in the photographs
provided. All items displayed must be handmade by the
Exhibiting Artist. If you misrepresent your craft with misleading
photographs, you will not be allowed in future shows. The photographs
that you submit must be your primary craft and make up the majority of your
display. The exhibitor WILL NOT sublet all or any part of
their area, or display items that have not previously been juried.
Exhibitors may only show work typified by photos. If
we find unacceptable items displayed you will be asked to remove them.
See information on items and applications that are not
accepted. No dealers or sales representatives are allowed. For more information regarding our Jury Process,
please read "The Jury Process". Top

- Pictures of your Craft must be provided with each application
submitted. We will need seasonal photos of your merchandise if
applicable to your craft. A
minimum of five photos of your craft is required, along with an additional
photo of your display. Please do not send Polaroid's or
slides. Good quality pictures are important. More information
regarding photos is available in our document "Shedding
Light on the Jury Process".
- Craft
Category and description: Applications are juried by
category. Please check off only one box on the application. This
should be the category that best describes your work. It
is very important that you thoroughly describe your craft on the front of every
application. We are not looking for a list of items that you
make. We are interested in your craft and how it is
accomplished. We must have this information to assist in the jury
process and placement in each show. Top

- Exhibit Program
The description of your Craft that you provide on the back of the
application will be
included in our program. It includes information pertaining to our show,
a list of all the Exhibitors and also local businesses who have assisted
with their generous contributions. The program will be provided to all
that attend our show, all sponsors who contributed and all crafters who
participate. This is a wonderful means of advertising for both you and
your wonderful items. Please provide a brief yet thorough description
of your craft. You may include additional information
such as a phone number or website if you desire, but keep in mind, space is
limited and your description may be cut if necessary. Please let us know on the application if you
do not want
to be included in our Program. Top

- Crafters display on two levels and the upper level of the firehouse
is NOT wheelchair accessible. If you cannot display upstairs because
of a physical limitation or your merchandise would be too difficult to carry
upstairs, you must let us know on the application. We will make every
effort to accommodate you. Firemen will be ready and
available to assist with your merchandise, displays, etc. from your vehicle
to your space and vice versa for cleanup. Top

always displayed on the upper level. The free ticket provided assures
