Our Craft Shows

The Whitehouse Fire Company is a non-profit organization that sponsors two Craft Shows per year as a fundraiser.  Our First Craft Show was held in November of 2000.  The revenue generated by this event will directly benefit the Fire Company in a variety of ways.  They must keep and maintain up to date equipment and apparatus while training members and the community to keep our local area safe.

Visit With Santa!

Each year Santa comes to visit the Firehouse in early December.  The Firemen take Santa and their Mascot Hoser around town in the fire trucks to announce his presence.  Later all families are welcome to join him and the Firemen at the Firehouse for pictures, cookies and cider, check out the trucks, try on some gear and have some fun!   We hope you will join us this year!

Visit Santa on Sunday, December 6th, 2009

Open House

The all-volunteer members of the Whitehouse Fire Company welcome you to our Annual Open House!  We'll be expecting you on

 Saturday, October 10th, 2009 ~ between 1 pm and 4 pm

Stop by during your travels to experience an operating firehouse.  All the fire trucks will be there, you'll even get to climb in one and sit behind the steering wheel.  Take a picture while wearing a fire coat and boots.  See the tools and equipment.  Experience "real" smoke in the Red Cross Fire Safety Unit.  Enjoy the huge bounce 'n slide.  Have a snack while you wander the bays.  Color a picture and hang it on the board.  Have your Child ID card made while your child car seats are reviewed.  Tour the Emergency Management vehicle.  Remember to get your junior firefighter badge!   We are joined by the Whitehouse Rescue Squad, The Readington Township Police, the Hunterdon County Sheriff's Department and the Civilian Air Patrol.
